Company History

Beatty’s Services was founded in 1989 as a computer training program in a small apartment in NYC. The program’s clientele quickly grew and required a larger space, which landed it in its first commercial office space in Harlem, NY. After just 2 years of successfully training many students, Beatty’s Services, Inc. was created as an incentive to award the efforts of students who excelled in the computer course with a job afterwards. Since being incorporated in 1992, Beatty’s Services has grown and become a sought-after agency, providing state, city, federal government, medical, educational and some of the most prominent public and private employers with quality support services.

Over the years, Beatty’s Services has expanded and has successfully provided Operational & Technical, Professional, Supervisory & Managerial support services in over 20 states. Beatty’s Services is owned and operated by Myneika White, who has extensive experience in the staffing industry. She has a huge role in the day-to-day management of the company and is assisted by personnel and advisers who also have expertise in the industry.

Our longevity in the industry has been based on our credibility, experienced staffing, extremely efficient management team, business structure and capability to fill both large and small orders. Beatty’s Services has many satisfied customers who have continued to utilize our personnel for years.
